3. Product Terms

All gaming accounts, in-game currency, and digital products sold through NexusSmurfs are subject to the following terms:

• All sales are final unless the product is proven to be defective or not as described
• Accounts are delivered digitally and instantly after successful payment
• Customers are responsible for securing their purchased accounts
• We provide lifetime warranty on hand-leveled accounts
• Buyers must be 18 years or older, or have parental consent

4. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials purchased through our Service. You agree to:

• Change passwords immediately upon receiving account credentials
• Enable two-factor authentication when available
• Not share account information with third parties
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breaches

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We offer refunds in the following situations:

• Account credentials do not work as described
• Product significantly differs from its description
• Technical issues prevent delivery of the product

Refunds will not be issued if the account has been accessed and used, or if account credentials have been changed by the buyer.

6. Warranty and Replacement

We provide lifetime warranty on hand-leveled accounts. If you experience issues with your purchased account, we will provide a replacement under the following conditions:

• The original account credentials were not working
• Account was banned due to previous owner actions (not your actions)
• Proof of purchase is provided
• Issue is reported within reasonable timeframe

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Fraudulent purchases or chargebacks
• Reselling accounts purchased from our Service
• Using our Service to violate any game's Terms of Service
• Attempting to hack, breach, or compromise our systems
• Harassing or abusing our customer support staff

8. Limitation of Liability

NexusSmurfs shall not be held liable for any damages that may occur from the use of our Service, including but not limited to:

• Account bans resulting from customer actions
• Loss of account access due to customer negligence
• Changes in game policies affecting purchased accounts
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
